11:35AM UPDATE: Novato Police, in coordination with the Marin County Sheriff's Office and Marin CHP are investigating a shooting that took place in 400 block of Alameda del Prado. A large presence of emergency vehicles and personnel will be in the area searching for suspects involved. 

A Shelter in Place is still ACTIVE for the streets listed below. Shelter in place, make sure doors are locked and avoid the area if not at your residence.

• Calle Arboleda 
• Alameda del Prado 

An update will be provided once more information becomes available. If you live in the area, have camera footage, or have any information related to the investigation, call 9-1-1. Only call 9-1-1 in an emergency.

Residents on the following streets, shelter in place until further notice.
