Continental Paving Inc., the contractor for the Department of Public Works (DPW), will begin paving work on Candia Road from Little Avenue to Lovering Street on Monday, August 17, 2026.
On-street parking will be restricted during construction hours, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Motorists should expect traffic delays and are encouraged to follow all posted detour signs and use alternate routes whenever possible.
Hanover Street is recommended as an alternate route.
Residents should plan accordingly and anticipate potential delays and limited access to properties during construction hours. Every effort will be made to minimize disruptions and maintain access to residences and businesses whenever possible.
