* At 352 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Fairborn, moving southeast at 25 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines.
* Locations impacted include... Dayton, Kettering, Beavercreek, Huber Heights, Fairborn, Xenia, Vandalia, Bellbrook, Yellow Springs, Wright-Patterson Afb, Cedarville, Enon, Jamestown, Wilberforce, Riverside, New Jasper, Spring Valley, Bowersville, Clifton, and Centerville. This includes the following Interstates... I-70 in Ohio between mile markers 33 and 46. I-71 in Ohio between mile markers 58 and 61. I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 61 and 62.

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a building. Wind damage with this storm will occur before any rain or lightning. Do not wait for the sound of thunder before taking cover. SEEK SHELTER IMMEDIATELY inside a sturdy structure and stay away from windows. Large hail, damaging wind, and continuous cloud to ground lightning are occurring with this storm. Move indoors immediately. Lightning is one of nature's leading killers. Remember, if you can hear thunder, you are close enough to be struck by lightning. Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to flash flooding.
