The Flood Warning will expire at 230 PM EDT this afternoon for portions of central, northern, and southern West Virginia, including the following counties in central West Virginia: Clay, Nicholas, and Webster. In northern West Virginia: Pocahontas and Randolph. In southern West Virginia: Fayette. Flood waters have receded. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
