Due to the impending Nor’easter and for the safety of vendors, attendees and staff, the Township has made the difficult decision to cancel this year’s Franklin Day Festival scheduled for this Saturday, September 26th.
As of Thursday afternoon, the forecast for Saturday currently calls for high sustained winds, with wind gusts upwards of 30 miles per hour along with rainfall nearing a quarter of an inch.
The festival will not be re-scheduled and we encourage all to be on the lookout for the 2027 Franklin Day info beginning next Spring on the Township’s website.
