Police will close both entrances 5/5/18 @ 9am for Sophie's Run. Plz make travel plans so your not inconvenienced. 
Tomorrow, 05/05/18, the police department will close both entrances / exits to Lake Waukomis to provide the participants of Sophies Run a safe environment while running on our roadways. We will close the entrances to all traffic at 9:00 am. We will then reopen the entrances as the last participant has cleared that area.The dam will be closed during the entirety of the event.
Please make travel plans so your not inconvenienced by the road closing.
