Road work today 8am to 5pm in the 100 blk. Roadways to remain open.Use caution while driving through work sites. 
Please note that the balance of preliminary work involving grinding on 100 block will continue today from 8am to 5pm. There will be access on the road, but please be careful and drive with extreme caution as Cockrell Asphalt will have men and equipment on the road.
It is anticipated that the application of the new Asphalt Road May begin as soon as tomorrow, Tuesday May 15 which will require road closure throw out the day. Jennifer Miller, our City Clerk, will post an update later today with definitive plans for the project tomorrow.
