Winter storm WATCH - Expected accumulating snow may bring 4 - 7" of snow - Sat - Sun - Blowing snow will make hazardous travel
The earlier issued warning is a WATCH not a warning - A band of quickly accumulating snow is expected to move from southern and central Kansas through central Missouri on Saturday evening through Sunday, resulting in a swath of 4 to 7 inches of snow with locally higher amounts possible. Blowing snow will also reduce visibilities at times on Sunday. Hazardous travel is expected from Sunday evening through at least Sunday afternoon.
