Trash truck has been moved and that area is now clear. 
A trash truck has broken down right at the edge of the maintenance bay driveway. PLEASE be careful and go slow!! You may or may not be able to edge around them. Some cars have been able to but some larger vehicles have had to turn around. Platte County has been called to try and help with traffic flow. If we end up having to close the spillway gates, I will make another post. I will also let everyone know when it has been cleared up.
