To all residents: Emergency Snow Ordinance Implemented

Due to the winter storm about to start, we will be implementing the Emergency Snow Ordinance effective from midnight until 8pm 1/1/21. It is imperative that all vehicles not be parked on city roads to allow the road to cleared so that any emergency vehicles can get around our community during this storm.

City Code 240.050

Paragraph B.
It shall be unlawful for any person in the control and possession of a motor vehicle to stand or park such motor vehicle upon all or any portion of any street within the City so as to hinder or interfere with the removal of snow from such streets, alleys or avenues by the officials of this City, their agents, employees and contractors.
