Green Hills entrance is closed until this afternoon for KCMO paving project. 
KCMO decided to close Green Hills entrance this morning for paving and did not give us any notification so I apologize that I was unable to give any notice. I just found out myself. They stated it would be open later this afternoon. Sorry for the inconvenience! - City Clerk
