* At 651 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Sesser, or near Rend Lake Area, moving southeast at 30 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
* Locations impacted include... West Frankfort, Benton, Christopher, Rend Lake Area, Sesser, Valier, West City, North City, Buckner, Waltonville, Orient, Hanaford, Ewing, and Nason. This includes Interstate 57 in Illinois between Mile Markers 64 and 82.
* AFFECTED AREAS: FRANKLIN, IL ... JEFFERSON, IL ... PERRY, IL
