At 3pm today, Clinton County will move to a Travel Watch. 

A Watch means that conditions are threatening to the safety of the public. During a "watch" local travel advisory, only essential travel, such as to and from work or in emergency situations, is recommended, and emergency action plans should be implemented by businesses, schools, government agencies and other organizations.

The Clinton County Highway, Frankfort Street Department and INDOT have been out plowing and working on the roadways.   The visibility is difficult at times due to everything being white.  It is anticipated we will have winds increase at times and visibility will decrease as we go into the night.  We are also going to continue to have extremely cold temperatures for several days.
