Clinton County is moving to a Travel Advisory.
A Travel Advisory is the lowest level of local travel advisory, means that routine travel or activities may be restricted in areas because of a hazardous situation, and individuals should use caution or avoid these areas.
The winds are anticipated to start dying down later this afternoon. We will still continue to deal with some blowing and drifting as they continue to decrease. Due to the extreme cold temperatures, we will continue to have snow covered roads for the next several days.
People still need to use extreme caution when they are traveling.
